Synopsis: Tri Tec Manufacturing is recruiting an Office Manager for our Bay Minette, AL location.

1. Responsible for reviewing, verifying, scanning invoices, submitting expense reports, shipping & receiving documentation including:
  a. Reviewing and verifying any invoices to ensure that all information is accurate and complete and scanning them to         corporate accounting department.
  b. Receive expense reports from team members and submit them to corporate accounting department.
  c. Generate shipping documentation for outgoing shipments to corporate or customers.
  d. Receive any incoming shipments.
  e. Process prior days shipping and receiving documentation.
2. Customer service to internal and external contacts.
3. Assists with safety process & procedures.
4. Resolve administrative problems by analyzing, interpreting and communicating to corporate office.
5. Maintains records by scanning and filing documents.
6. Assist in monthly weekly and monthly processes.
7. Respond to customer and vendor inquiries.
8. Process incoming/outgoing mail, delivering to proper employees.
9. Assists with special projects as necessary.
10. Greeting customers or special guests as needed.
11. Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails and emails as needed.
12. Ensuring office remains clean and organized.
13. Scheduling and organizing special events as needed.
14. Submitting any human resource questions or issues to corporate human resource department.
15. Keep supply inventory stocked.
16. Provide other support duties as needed.
17. Ability to be flexible.

Qualifications

  1. Proven work experience
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Windows operating system
  3. Advanced written and oral communication skills
  4. Good organization, scheduling and time management skills
  5. Analytical thinker with strong attention to details
  6. Data entry skills
Compensation
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance effective on date of hire

Position will require travel to corporate headquarters in Kent, Washington for training and occasional meetings.
