CNC Programmer

Tri-Tec Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our team as a day shift Mill Programmer. The experience range for a successful applicant is should have at least 5-10 year of experience as a machinist and 1-3 years of CNC programming experience, thorough knowledge of cutting tools and application of tools and looking to grow in that role.

In this role, you will support the development, manufacturing, and deployment of valves and valve actuators installed aboard current and future US Navy Destroyers, Frigates and Aircraft Carriers.


Quality Assurance Inspector

Job description
Tri-Tec is searching for a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position is responsible for visually and dimensionally inspecting products to determine conformance to drawings and specifications utilizing a variety of inspection tooling and techniques. This role supports one or more production departments prioritizing as required to meet demand. This role supports the development, manufacturing, and deployment of valves and valve actuators installed aboard current and future US Navy Destroyers, Frigates and Aircraft Carriers.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be self-motivated with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform inspection of first-off machine parts
  • Perform sampling inspection of completed lots
  • Perform inspection of incoming raw material
  • Perform in-process verification of product testing
  • Document inspection results on production routers and inspection forms
