Peter Hitschler joined Tri-Tec Manufacturing in 2021 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer & General Manager in May 2022.
Prior joining Tri-Tec Manufacturing Mr. Hitschler owned his own manufacturing company for 16 years and after selling it he worked in the Aerospace & Navy supporting Manufacturing companies such Goodrich Landing Gear, Fincantieri Marinette Marine, IEC Electronics, FMC Technologies in various capacities as an employee / consultant & support level in charge of various programs for the military (US Navy and US Airforce) overseeing Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Supplier Operations.
Mr. Hitschler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in fields such as Business Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations and is a major part of the Sr. Leadership Team at Tri-Tec Manufacturing, LLC. and will support Sr. Management and Owners to sustain and secure future successes while he oversees all Tri Tec Operations as well as drives strategic improvements such as Lean Mfg., 5/6 s and is heavily involved in coaching and mentoring of team members. He is driving change and optimization activities, together with optimizing the operational financials and implement cost saving. That will bring Tri-Tec Manufacturing to the next level of Excellence and Performance within the industry.
During his career, Peter has been the recipient of numerous awards for Outstanding Performance, Special Act, and leadership awards, and in 2004 he received the Business Owner of the Year award.
Peter earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
