Tri-Tec Manufacturing and Dundics Enterprises have formalized a strategic partnership to deliver an integrated, AI enabled Condition Based Maintenance capability for modern naval fleets. The combined solution brings together Tri-Tec’s advanced sensing and ruggedized hardware with the engineering grounded PAX AI platform from Dundics Enterprises. The result is a physics informed predictive system that provides early diagnostics, accurate remaining useful life estimates, and mission level readiness assessments.
 
This partnership supports the Navy’s priorities for improved operational availability, reduced lifecycle cost, digital engineering, and data driven sustainment. By integrating sensors, embedded hardware, data acquisition, and engineering-based analytics, the joint architecture enables predictive, data informed readiness decisions across ships, submarines, and shore side systems.
 
The collaboration also gives naval operators a clearer and more predictive view of availability. Equipment level health is connected directly to platform level readiness, allowing commanders and planners to understand which ships will be ready for which missions and for how long. Shore side support activities can plan and prepare for pier side availabilities with far greater accuracy before a ship arrives in port, reducing cost and time and improving Operational Availability across the fleet.
